PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be collected and processed by Özlem KARADAĞ KÖSE as a data controller within the scope described below, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

1) For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed

Your personal data, which is the subject following of your disclosure of your personal data to us will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698: Planning the business and Company activities and operational processes and ensuring that the Company's activities are carried out in accordance with Company procedures or relevant legislation; monitoring, planning and executing credit evaluation, credit and financing transactions, and conducting credit eligibility research and examination through different sources; realization of credit and financing processes risk management; Planning or execution of the Company's financial risk processes; planning and execution of after-sales support services and necessary obligations for production activities, customer satisfaction, corporate communication activities, customer relations and customer requests and complaints management processes; planning or execution of business continuity activities; follow-up of contract processes or legal requests; follow-up of financial or accounting affairs; planning, auditing and execution of corporate sustainability, corporate governance, strategic planning and information security processes; execution of business and management of relations with business partners, dealers or suppliers; planning and execution of sales, marketing and promotion processes of products and services, as well as market research, determination and customization of taste, usage and service understanding; Ensuring the security of the company campus; Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and those who have a business relationship with our company; Determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies; planning and monitoring of insurance and damage processes within legal limits; Carrying out the procedures for the evaluation of your applications to the Company and your suitability for the job, realizing the records and procedures required for your employment and entry, Planning and execution of the operations and studies regarding all kinds of visitors entering and leaving the Company campuses in accordance with the security rules and the law, Human Resources operation and activities for the purposes of constructing and/or performing and/or developing activities. 2) Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698 and for the realization of the above-mentioned purposes; Your collected personal data can be transferred to our domestic and foreign business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, related or affiliated companies, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals for the limited purposes specified in the "policies" page within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law, and may be processed at home or abroad.

3) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data by the Company based on different channels and different legal reasons; in physical or electronic environment is collected for legal reasons to realize the purposes specified in this clarification text and to fulfill our obligations related to this; Your collected personal data can be processed and transferred for the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 and for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text.

4) According to the Rights of Personal Data Owners Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company, we will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners have the rights of; - learning whether personal data is processed, - requesting information on personal data if it has been processed, - Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, - Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, - Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, - Requesting the deletion or disposal of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, - Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, - In the event that he/she suffers damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, requesting that the damage be remedied. Within the scope of the Law, you can submit your applications regarding your personal data to us by personally confirming your identity to the address Akat, Yıldırım Oğuz Göker Sk. No:33, 34330 Beşiktaş/Istanbul or by allowing us to confirm your identity, by sending a message to the e-mail address ozlemkkose@gmail.com and filling out the request form. Our company will conclude application requests free of charge in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. If the transaction requires cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied. In case of rejection of the request, the reasons for the rejection will be notified in writing or electronically.
