Hand Filler

Restylane, Stylage and Radiesse are the fillings that I frequently prefer in hand filling. The material used in hand filling should be prone to massage and spread smoothly under the skin. It has been shown that the Ca hydroxylopathy molecule found in Radiesse stimulates the production of new collagen, which we call neocollagenesis. I prefer radiesse more in hand filler application because it triggers new tissue formation in my clinic.

The procedure carries a high risk of bruising due to the large number of vascular structures on the back of the hand. It is more accurate to apply hand filler with a cannula. The cannula is filled slowly and carefully with the fanning technique by entering from a single point or from 2 different points. Filling with a needle in this area increases the risk of bruising and other complications.

In addition to filling for hand rejuvenation, youth serum and salmon DNA are the most common rejuvenation applications I make. If the skin is very wrinkled, these mesotherapies contribute to moisturizing thanks to the hyaluronic acid and amino acids contained in them. In cases where wrinkles are high, I add fractional and ablative ER-YAG laser treatment. The spots become clear with age and the effect of the sun. KTP laser, Q-switch NDYAG laser and cryotherapy should also be added to the treatment in patients with spotting problems. Let's not neglect our youth indicator hands.
